Collector Thakur Ram Singh reviewed the Basic Services to Urban Poor (BSUP) schemes of the city on Monday and inspected the residential premises under the scheme.
He instructed the municipal corporation officers to provide drinking water and maintain sanitation here.
Singh was accompanied by Town Commissioner Saransh Mittar. The Centre has proposed BSUP flats in Saddhu, Kachna, Amlidih and Bhatagaon.
The Collector interacted with the poor families and the beneficiaries of the
scheme.
He suggested to the officials to connect a pipeline for supplying pure drinking water in the area.
