Collector Niranjan Das has instructed District Panchayat additional CEO Harishankar Chouhan to initiate action for depositing Provident Fund (PF) amount in the bank accounts of Shikshak Panchayats.
The Collector made it mandatory to complete the process within the prescribed time limit.
Further, he instructed District Education Officer GP Dwivedi, Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department SK Wahne and Block Education Officers (BEOs) to take note of the same.
While chairing a meeting of BEOs and Cluster Coordinators, the Collector reviewed the progress of distribution of textbooks and uniforms to the children and construction of lavatories in schools.
He asked the officers concerned to distribute uniforms in Gariaband, Chura and Mainpur by July 20 while in Deobhog and Fingeshwar by July 25 compulsorily.
In the meeting, the Collector instructed to provide quality education in schools and also to monitor it on regular basis.
Das issued instructions for the promotion of teachers as per their eligibility.
