District Collector Niranjan Das took stock of the crop harvesting work at Saroli and Paragaon villages carried out under the supervision of Revenue and Agriculture Departments on Thursday.
The Revenue Inspector Vijay Sahu and other officials reached out to the farmers whose crops were damaged and cut around 25 square meters of crops before the Collector.
On this occasion, farmers and Additional Collector R Sahu were present.
Meanwhile, Das has called a meeting of Project Execution Committee on November 23 to discuss development of tribal areas.
The funds allotted for various tribal communities will be reviewed in the meeting.
