Collector Bhim Singh has altered the timing for the Out Patient Department (OPD) in the district hospital here from 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 6 pm effective from Monday.
The timings have been altered for the convenience of the people, officials said. During an inspection, the Collector directed the Chief Health and Medical Officer (CHMO) to issue a show-cause notice to Hospital Consultant Jitendra Sahu for alleged irregularities found during the inspection.
The Collector expressed happiness after hearing that as many as 294 cases of institutional delivery have been successfully performed during the past one-and-half years in Primary Health Center of Itwari bazaar.
