Chief Minister Raman Singh on Thursday greeted the citizens of Chhattisgarh on the eve of Guru Baba Ghasidas Jayanti on Friday.
In a message, Singh said that teachings of Guru Ghasidas should be emulated by entire universe.
The Chief Minister said that Guru Baba Ghasidas was born at Ghiroudpuri in Chhattisgarh and as the true preacher of Satnam Pant he spread the message of truth, non-violence, piety, mercy and helped those in need.
He gave the message of truth from his 'Tapobhoomi' Ghiroudpuri to entire mankind, Singh said.
He wished the Satnami Samaj and the citizens of Chhattisgarh on the auspicious occasion.
