Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has extended his hearty wishes for speedy health recovery of veteran political leader and former Union Minister Vidya Charan Shukla, who is presently undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital of Gurgaon.
VC Shukla was critically injured in the violent Naxal-attack perpetrated on May 25th evening, after which Raman Singh facilitated a special air ambulance to airlift him to Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon near New Delhi. Singh has assured that Mr Shukla will be facilitated best of the medical treatments available.
It is noteworthy that Raman Singh visited Ramkrishna Care Hospital, Raipur on Saturday in the late evening hours to meet Mr Shukla and other injured victims of the incidents.
Considering the critical condition of Mr VC Shukla, Raman Singh talked to Dr Trehaan of Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon on telephone and immediately arranged air ambulance for Mr Shukla to get him admitted at Medanta Hospital for better treatment facilities.
