Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh visited the four-year-old rape victim and her parents at Ambedkar Hospital on Tuesday afternoon. While critically condemning the incident, the Chief Minister asked the doctors about the health of the victim child and instructed them to give best possible treatment to her.
The Chief Minister assured justice to parents of the child and said that the culprit has been arrested. He has done the heinous crime, hence should get stringent punishment, the Chief Minister said.
Dr Singh told the parents and relatives of the victim girl that the state government is with them in this period of crisis.
The Chief Minister, while talking to media representatives outside the hospital, said that the incident was highly condemnable.
The State Government has taken this incident seriously. The Government would make every possible effort to get the culprit stringent punishment, he said.
