On the occasion of National Sports Day Sports and Youth Welfare Department of Chhattisgarh government is going to organise a State Sports Award Ceremony 2019 on Thursday at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in capital city Raipur.
In this award ceremony, sports talents, coaches and juries of the state will be felicitated. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will be the chief guest at the ceremony while Sports and Youth Welfare Minister of state Umesh Patel will preside over the programme.
Other dignitaries to be present in the function include Panchayat and Rural Development Minister T.S. Singhdeo, PWD Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu, Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey, School Education Minister Premsai Tekam, Forest and Environment Minister Mohammad Akbar, Industry Minister Kawasi Lakhma, Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr Shivkumar Dahariya, Women and Child Development Minister Anila Bhendiya, Revenue and Calamity Management Minister Jaisingh Agrawal , Public Health Engineering Minister Guru Rudrakumar, Food Minister Amarjeet Bhagat, Member of Rajya Sabha Chhaya Verma, Member of Raipur Lok Sabha Sunil Soni, MLAs Satyanarayan Sharma, Brijmohan Agrawal, Kuldeep Juneja, Vikas Upadhyay, Zila Panchayat President Sharda Devi Verma, Mayor Raipur Municipal Corporation Pramod Dubey.
