Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh would dedicate the new convention centre situated at Sector 23 of Naya Raipur on Tuesday in Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee Industries and Business premises.
Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation (CSIDC), subsidiary of commerce and industries department, Government of Chhattisgarh has constructed it at cost of Rs 25 crore.
The newly constructed convention centre has 750 seating capacity most modern auditorium and has five seminar hall along with 20,000 square feet exhibition hall. The convention centre would be hosting the investors and industrials convention.
After the public dedication ceremony, Chief Minister for interaction with industries has organised ‘Think Progress, Think Chhattisgarh’ session. Commerce and industries minister Amar Agrawal, PWD minister Rajesh Munat, CSIDC chairman Chaggan lal Mundra and Abhanpur MlA Dhanendra Sahu would be special guest.
