Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel visited Bilaspur city on Monday.
The Chief Minister held a Road Show on the occasion which started from Helipad of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) and after traversing through major roads of the city, culminated at Congress Bhawan.
An overwhelming response was received by Baghel on his road show and citizens garlanded him.
People from all the walks of life were standing along the road to shake hands with him and garlanded him.The Chief Minister too directed his security staff to stop the cavalcade at the places where people had gathered to welcome him.
Later, Baghel also participated in the felicitation programme of Chhattisgarh State Bar Council and District Advocate’s Association.
Thereafter, he also attended Guru Baba Ghasidas Jayanti programme at Mahant Bada of Mini Basti in Jarhabhata.
Notably, Baghel earlier had held a Road Show on his maiden visit to his assembly segment Patan.
He was in Patan to express gratitude towards the voters of his assembly constituency who elected him.
