Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday handed over a cheque of Rs 12.6 lakh from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to blade runner and double leg amputee mountaineer from Chhattisgarh Chitrasen Sahu.
The Chief Minister had pledged to provide financial assistance to the para-athlete and national basketball player at the ‘Run for CG Pride’ marathon held on December 14 in Raipur.
Sahu took part in the event, which was to mark the completion of three years of the Baghel government in Chhattisgarh.
