Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday extended his greetings to the people of Chhattisgarh on selection of Raipur in the ‘smart city’ project.
Moreover, he also expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu for including Raipur in the ‘smart city’ project.
In his immediate response to the development, Singh said “selection of Raipur as smart city is a matter of pride for the people of the State. The dream of developing Raipur as a 'smart city' will be fulfilled with joint efforts of the people and the Government, he said.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also greeted the State Urban Administration and Development Minister Amar Agrawal for the achievement.
