Chief Minister Raman Singh on Friday felicitated Chief-de-Mission of Commonwealth Games Vikram Sisodia by presenting him with a shawl and coconut at the Mantralaya here.
Sisodia is an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister said that Sisodia represented the country as Chief-de-Mission at the Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast Australia recently. It must be written here that this a kind of morale-booster. It was a proud moment for Chhattisgarh and in particular for Sisodia.
India stood Third in the Medals' tally which exhibits the leadership qualities of Sisodia. The experience of this official helped Chhattisgarh also, he said.

Sisodia has popularized Tennis in Chhattisgarh as head of the State Tennis Association. Tennis courts have been developed in all the district headquarters and made it popular in the districts.
