Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday inaugurated a new inter-state bus terminal here that cost Rs 49 crores to build.
Saying any city is identified through its bus stand, market, hospital, schools and colleges as well as development works, he said beautification and reconstruction work have been taken up to give a new identity to Raipur.
He was addressing the public dedication ceremony of the Shri Balaji Swami Trust Shri Dudhadhari Matt Inter-state Bus Terminal at Bhatagaon.
He said the bus terminal will help in streamlining the public bus transport in Raipur city. He honoured Ramsunder Das, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Gau Seva Aayog, for giving the land for the terminal.
