The Congress party’s Raipur City President Vikas Upadhyaya during the ongoing ‘Ward Chalo Abhiyan’ has started informing the people of various wards about the ‘truths’ behind the attack on the Congress party convoy by Maoists in Jeeram Ghati of Bastar region, Raipur city spokesman of the Congress party Sandeep Tiwari stated in a press release here on Monday.
He said that the Congress workers led by city president Vikas Upadhyaya visited ward numbers 38, 40 during the morning hours and ward number 59, 60 and 62 during the evening hours while wearing black bands as a mark of protest.
