The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chhattisgarh, is organising a workshop on Stress Management on August 23, at Vrindavan, New Civil lines in the city.
Despite all the measures to alleviate stress both at work and in life, it is very important to remember that it is usually a byproduct or symptom of a larger problem. While some will make cosmetic efforts by launching initiatives that have no long-term or sustainable impact, the wisdom to look for and address the root of workplace stress will differentiate successful individuals and organizations in the future, a CII press release issued here stated.
The faculty for the Workshop would be Dr Raja Roy Choudhury, Founder & Managing Trustee, 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation; Founder & Managing Director, MindCare Counseling Center Pvt ltd; Visiting Professor - SPJIMR, NITIE.
Dr Kamal Preet Singh, Director of Health Services, Government of Chhattisgarh; K K Sarda, Past Chairman, CII Chhattisgarh State Council & Chairman & Managing Director, Sarda Energy & Minerals ltd; Umesh Agrawal, Past Chairman, CII Chhattisgarh State Council & Managing Director, Real Power (P) ltd; and Dinesh Agrawal, Vice Chairman, CII Chhattisgarh State Council & Executive Director, Godawari Power & Ispat ltd would be present at the workshop .
The workshop would address issues related to stress and the way to shift oneself
into a healthier pattern and
reduce stress.
