It is a matter of concern and China’s economy on the present day is not what it was a few years back,” leader of Congress legislature Party TS Singhdeo told reporters during a Press conference held at his official residence here.
It should be kept it in mind that the Chhattisgarh Government had signed just Memorandum of Understandings (MoU). After Global Investors Meet in 2012, the State Government had presented a report in State legislative Assembly according to which only 5 MoUs out of 300 signed were executed, he said.
Targetting the Government over Panama paper leak, Singhdeo said the Government should cross check and get verified with Banks weather Abhishek Singh holds offshore accounts or not.”
Citing the report of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), Singhdeo said in the year 2010-11, there were 53 lakh students enrolled in primary and middle schools ; however that number decreased to around 46 lakh in the year 2014-15.
“It is unfathomable what has happened during these years and it is just a sample of what is happening in the State,” he said.
President of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) Bhupesh Baghel was also present during the Press conference.
