Chhattisgarh has administered both the doses of anti Covid-19 vaccine to over one crore people, a government statement claimed on Monday.
Till Sunday 1, 00, 22,404 people have been administered with both the doses of anti-Covid shots and this is 51% of the total eligible population.
There are a total of 1, 96, 51,000 eligible persons in state whom the vaccine doses had to be administered, the statement added.
After commencement of paddy procurement in state from December 1, vaccination is also done at the procurement centres in order to facilitate the farmers and step up the drive.
A total of 2, 79, 93,381 doses of the vaccine have been administered so far in state which includes vaccination to 51% population with both the doses.
Similarly, the 91% population have been administered the first dose of the vaccine.
