Chhattisgarh BJP hailed the union budget terming it “comprehensive and revolutionary.”
Former Chief Minister and BJP national vice president Raman Singh said “Steps taken by union government for improving banking sector and various other proposed schemes which will be implemented in near future will strengthen the financial structure of the nation.”
While terming the budge provisions a beacon of social welfare, Raman Singh re-affirmed his confidence on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and opined that India will once again emerge as a powerful and prosperous nation on global forum under PM Modi’s leadership.
State BJP chief Vikram Usendi said the NDA government is well aware of the fact that India’s soul is in the village and the current budget provisions are created with ‘Antyoday’ sentiment.
“Electricity for every house and house for everyone by 2022 expresses this sentiment. By 2022 about 1.95 crore houses will be constructed across India. In coming five years about 1.25 lakh km roads will be constructed which will connect the urban and rural regions in a robust way,” Usendi said.
BJP national general secretary and Member of Parliament Saroj Pandey opined that the Union government by giving importance to the participation of women in its various provisions has started a new chapter of women empowerment. “With the launch of ‘Nari tu Narayni’ scheme the kind of commitment expressed through budget highlights the all-inclusive development mantra adopted by the central government,” she said.
