Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral Officer Subrat Sahoo reviewed the poll preparations in three districts of Dhamtari, Gariaband and Balod where the second phase of polling is scheduled on November 20.
Earlier, he had held meeting with 9 districts. CEO inspected the strong room, polling centres, counting centre and ‘Sanghwari’ polling centre.
He sought the details of security arrangement in the polling centres, with polling teams and also strong rooms of keeping EVMs.
CEO directed all the three district officials to ensure ramp for the differently able persons in all the polling booths.
Sahoo directed the officials to ensure that all sector officers download the C-TOPPS application and are imparted training for it. The application is used for tracking the polling teams, updated information on the polling and other related complaints.
