Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zilla Panchayat Dr Jagdish Sonkar on Friday visited gram panchayats of Mainpur and Deobhog blocks and encouraged the villagers to construct toilets for making the district Open Defecation Free (ODF).
Dr Sonkar also attended the gram sabhas and stressed on the need of making toilets under the Swachch Bharat Mission.
He inspected the gram panchayats Bhejipadar, Khokhma, Gohrapadar, Sargiguda, Madangmuda, and Urmal and inspected the under construction toilets.
Dr Sonkar also attended the Chaupal of Urmal which was convened to discuss about motif of Swachch Bharat Mission.
