The FGR portal has been developed by the Agriculture Ministry for redressal of grievances of farmers across the country especially         related to crop insurance.

After its successful implementation in Chhattisgarh, the same will be implemented across the country.

Through the portal, farmers will be able to get solutions to their problems related to farming, especially crop insurance. The          problems and complaints reported by the farmers through telephone or mobile will be registered online in the portal. They will get information about their        resolution online.
