From the new academic session starting from June, the syllabus in schools in Chhattisgarh will be taught fully in all subjects from Class 9 to 12.
The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) on Thursday said an order has been issued withdrawing the earlier fiat curtailing 30-40 percent of syllabus due to Covid-19.
Prof. V. K. Goyal, Secretary of CGBSE, said in a letter to all the Principals of recognized schools that the curtailment, which began in 2019-20, was further extended in the 2020-21 and 21-2022 academic sessions due to reduction in classes.
Keeping in view the normalization now, the earlier order has been cancelled.
