The Chhattisgarh Congress' executive body on Monday discussed the preparations for a Halla Bol rally in New Delhi on September 4.
PCC chief Mohan Markam chaired the meeting which decided to take part in the mammoth rally in large numbers.
The meeting also reviewed the recently concluded Azadi Gaurav Yatra, taken out from August 9 to 14.
Markam urged the meeting to conduct Mahangai Choupals across the state to protest against price hike and inflation.
Minister T.S. Singh Deo, in-charge of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, said though the march won't pass through Chhattisgarh, Congress cadres from the state must join it.
The pan-India march will to begin on October 2 from Kashmir and conclude in Kanyakumari after marching for around 150 days.
