Chhattisgarh Labour Minister Dr Shiv Kumar Dahariya on Friday announced that labourers will no more be charged for their registration.
He was addressing the 13th meeting of the State Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board at Nava Raipur. He told the Board to bear the cost of registration, an official statement said.
The Minister told the officials to ensure that the amount provided to the labourers and their families from various government schemes should go directly into their bank accounts.
