Welcoming the railway budget presented by Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday, BJP State president Dharamlal Kaushik said that the budget is a blueprint of BJP’s mantra ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’.
It’s a development-oriented railway budget and it will give momentum to trade related activities, he said in a statement.
“The railway budget tabled on Thursday in the Parliament was completely in the interest of the people. While entire world is facing the problem of financial crisis, the decision on keeping freight and passenger fares unchanged is going to bring cheers on faces of the people.
Due to unchanged rate of freight, price of essential commodities will not increase and it would also help in preventing inflation,” said Kaushik.
