The Departmental Work Plan 2015-16 of Personnel Department of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) was released by Executive Director (P&A) lT Sherpa at the auditorium of Espat Bhavan here. The function was presided over by BSP GM (Personnel) H.R.Choudhari which was attended by a large number of senior BSP executives and personnel managers.
In his address, Sherpa emphasised on the need for charting out new work plans, apart from doing routine departmental work and working on those plans with full commitment. DGM (Personnel) (HRPE) GS Sengar and DGM (Personnel) (Recruitment) Sonita Kataria also addressed the managers. DGM (Personnel) (Contract Cell) BV Prasad also apprised about the measures being undertaken in context of the welfare of contract labourers.
