The Steel Employees Welfare Association (SEWA) of the employees from Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) convened its Annual General Meeting at Nehru House of Culture, Sector -1 here.
The meeting was was presided over by the SEWA President and General Manager (Personnel) H R Choudhari
Speaking on the occasion, Choudhari exhorted the members to participate actively in all events organized by SEWA, including its Annual General Meeting.
later, SEWA Treasurer Shrikant Tamhankar presented the audit report of the year 2013-14, balance sheet and also proposed the budget of the year 2014-15 for the approval in the annual general meeting, which was approved unanimously by the members.
He also tabled the proposal of deputizing P K Deshlahra and Co. as the Auditor of SEWA accounts for CPF Trust for the financial year 2014-15, which was approved in the annual general meeting.
The proceedings of General Meeting were conducted by General Manager (Personnel- Services) Bhanumurty Kota and Vice President SEWA. Brujbihari Mishra proposed the vote of thanks while concluding the annual general meeting.
