The body of Deputy Manager (Town Electrical Engineering Department) under the Town Services Department of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) Rohit Parganiha (47) was found fallen unconscious at Ispat Bhavan in the BSP premises on Wednesday morning.
Parganiha was immediately rushed to Main Medical Post inside the Plant from where he was shifted to the ICU of JlN Hospital & Research Centre for treatment, a BSP Press release informed.
Despite the best efforts of doctors in the ICU, he succumbed to his injuries and was declared dead at 3.30 pm.
At first instance, it appears a case of suicide. All help as per rules will be extended to the bereaved family, the Press release informed.
