The Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) has won the prestigious Prime Minister’s Trophy for a record 11 times out of the 21 times it has been awarded.
The distribution of two piece stainless steel casserole sets as Prime Minister’s Trophy Gift was done to boost employee morale and performance on Monday.
The distribution of the gift sets are being conducted by staff of the concerned personnel sections, officials informed.
The distribution of the PM’s Trophy Gift sets began at a function held at the Assembly Hall of HRDC by lT Sherpa, ED (P&A), RK Rathi, ED (Works), Madhury Menon, GM (Management Services & HRD), HR Choudhary, GM (Personnel), Vijay Mairal, DGM (PR), NK Banchhor, President, Officers Association and SP Dey, President, CITU.
At the outset, HR Choudhary, GM (Personnel) welcomed the dignitaries and employees present. The dignitaries on the dais stressed on all employees working with safety.
A call was made for all employees to continue their efforts to repeat the PM’s Trophy award winning performance in future too.
The dignitaries also gave away the gift sets to employees present.
The programme was conducted by Shikha Dubey, AGM (Personnel-Rules) and SK Acharya, DGM (Personnel-Rules, HRIS) proposed the vote of thanks.
Rules Section, HRIS, Stores Department and HRDC contributed to the success of the function.
