The police have charged an unnamed boy and a girl for rash driving and obscenity after a video went viral showing them on a motorcycle in Bhilai city, with the girl sitting in the front facing the driver boy.
Bhilai is 40 km away from Raipur. The motorcycle has no registration number.
The police have booked them for rash driving and obscenity, Durg Superintendent of Police Abhishek Pallava told The Pioneer.
A reward of Rs 5,000 has been announced to identify them.
