Bomb hoax in a goods train at Kirandul railway station in Bastar, ahead of Chief Minister Raman Singh’s tour to the region, created panic for the railway administration on Tuesday morning.
A suspicious box near the wheels of a rake was found in a goods train which arrived in Kirandul in the morning from Vishakhapatnam.
Someone noticed that some box was tied under one of the rake of a goods train.
Immediately, a team of Railway Protection Force (RPF) along with dog squad and bomb disposal squad reached the spot and examined the box which turned out to be a hoax.
