Chhattisgarh Education Minister Brijmohan Agrawal said on Monday that bodybuilding is a test of mental strength as it tests a player’s dedication along with physical performance.
“Our government has always encouraged sports. In the coming times, efforts will be made to provide sports awards and jobs.”
He was addressing the Mr. Raipur 2024 and Chhattisgarh State Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Championships held in Raipur. He presented medals and cash prizes to winners.
Robin Singh was named Mr. Raipur and Kameshwari Miss Raipur while A. Shiva Rao won in the disabled category.
