A constable of Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) allegedly committed suicide near Swami Vivekananda Airport on Monday, police said. The constable identified as Fabiyanus Kujur (45) resident of Mana allegedly ended his life by hanging himself from a tree in a paddy field close to Raipur airport falling in limits of Mana Police Station, Mana In-charge Station House Officer (SHO) said.
Police have found the body of deceased CAF constable and sent it for post mortem, the SHO said, adding that no suicide note was found with the body and he was missing from his home for the past two days. A case in this connection has been registered in this connection and police is trying to find out reasons that forced Kujur to take the extreme step, he remarked.
