nBaroda Gold Loan Shoppe services were on Tuesday extended to four branches of Bank of Baroda in Raipur -- Sunder Nagar, Santoshi Nagar Chowk, Tatibandh and Avanti Vihar.
Ranjeet Kumar Mandal, the bank's Network Deputy General Manager in Chhattisgarh region, launched the services through virtual mode. Abhishek Bharati, DGM, and Chief Manager and other senior officials were present.
Mandal said in a statement that the loan scheme is to ensure women to become self-reliant. The loan is extended on lower interest rates. The whole process takes only 30 minutes.
The bank said that till March 31 there will be no processing fee.
