Bhopal Municipal Commissioner Chhavi Bhardwaj on Tuesday while reviewing cases of time limit instructed to submit list of those dangerous buildings that could fall down by Wednesday.
Bhardwaj instructed the officials concerned to identify dangerous buildings, mark them and launch special drive to dismantle them.
The BMC Commissioner also instructed the officials concerned to resolve the complaints received through call centre at the earliest and the after resolving the complaints the complainant should be intimated. Taking serious note of the complaints of sewage water works and electricity complaints Bhardwaj instructed to take make measures to immediately resolve problems of these departments.
The meeting was also attended by additional commissioners BK Chaturvedi and JP Mali and other head of the departments.
The BMC commissioner while reviewing cases of time limit instructed to appoint agency for rain water harvesting and work should be started soon. Instructions were also given to start proceedings to issue tender for taking down frames of hoardings. Besides, instructions were given to call on meeting of all the Zonal officers on July 13 in that review of revenue recovery would be done. She said that cases of time limit should be resolved and details of the resolved cases should be tabled in the next meeting.
She also took the information about the progress of Aadhar registration work and instructed to complete the works at the earliest. She also issued instructions to stop reelase fo salary of those Zonal Officers who have not completed 90 per cent work of Aadahar registration.
