Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday lauded the people and institutions of State, who are actively working for creating public awareness about blood donation in society on the occasion of World Blood Donation Day on June 14.
In his monthly radio talk programme- Rs Raman Ke Goth’ aired from Raipur Centre of Akashwani on Sunday morning, Singh said- World Blood Donation Day is on June 14 and there are many people and institutions, who are enthusiastically working for creating public awareness about blood donation.
Rs Rs Different institutions release souvenir of blood donors. Through Jila Panchayat Sarguja, lists of blood donors are also being prepared in gram panchayats, which is a commendable initiative,’’ Singh said.
Singh has also extended best wishes for new academic session starting this month. He said, Rs Rs we have created a favourable environment of quality education for secured future of children. Every child should go to school, none should be left behind’’. He requested people of the state to ensure timely school admission of their children and send them to school regularly.
