A block-level marathon was organised here by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department at Sarsinwa Road. Total 66 men and 50 women participated. While the male participants were to cover a distance of 10 kilometers, the females were to cover 5 kilometers of distance.
The run of male participants were flagged by Sub Divisional Officer of Police Rajesh Khare and women were shown flagged off by District Sports Officer Arti Pandey. The prizes were distributed by SDOP Khare.
