BJP chief Amit Shah on Saturday claimed that his party would notch up 4th successive victory in Chhattisgarh as polls are slated in late 2018.

"The State Government has done a far better job and it deserves to register 4thsuccessive victory," Shah said at a Press conference while summing up his three-day trip to the mineral rich State where BJP is in power since November 2003.

"I held comprehensive discussion with BJP districts' presidents and blocks chiefs as well as with State leaders and Ministers and I am pretty sure that BJP will win over 65 out of the total 90 Assembly seats in 2018,'' Shah revealed.

He heaped praise on Chief Minister Raman Singh for unleashing development across the State which has further strengthened BJP's base in the State. Shah stated that in polls people are in no mood to accept caste-based or region-based politics and voters are only interested in development.
