In a bid to check sanitation arrangements in Raipur (North) Assembly segment, Raipur (North) MlA and BJP leader Shrichand Sundarani carried out door-to-door drive on Tuesday to interact with residents about their grievances related to sanitation.
He began the drive from city’s posh locality Civil lines area of his constituency.
During the visit to Civil lines, Sundrani paid surprise inspection of Chhattisgarh Club to check composite pit of SlRM centre installed in the club for separating dry and wet garbage.
He directed the zone-3 municipal officials to run the SlRM centres as per the directives of central and state government. Sundrani along with Additional Commissioner Ashish Tikariha, Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan In-charge Officer Harendra Sahu and other officials also visited SlRM centre near Budha Talab dharna venue.
He also ordered to install composite pit of SlRM centre at Surya Apartment located at Katora Talab locality.
