A tiffin meeting and Kamal mehandi programme of the BJP Mahila Morcha was organised in the presence of the national president of the Morcha and MP from Durg Saroj Pandey near Sansad Niwas Stadium.
All the office-bearers of the Morcha were present on the occasion, who, along with applying mehandi on each other’s palm, pledged under the Mission 2014, to go door-to-door and seek vote for the victory of the party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in the forthcoming parliament election. Before applying kamal mehandi, all the members of the Morch distributed the food materials brought in tiffin from their houses among them.
Addressing the workers Saroj Pandey said that according to the organizational decision to launch the kamal mehandi campaign in the entire country by the Mahila Morcha members, it has been started from Durg, Bhilai. The Morcha members have been given the responsibility to make Narendra Modi prime minister of India.
As bangles and mehandi are the special identity of women, it is the symbol of Indian culture. Therefore, all the members have to pledge that they would go each house in the entire country and give their significant contribution in making Narendra Modi prime minister with majority, for giving the country a strong leadership.
District BJP president Rajendra Sharma said that the morcha workers had worked for the BJP candidates in the district in the last assembly election, because of which they are in a situation of winning the seats and they should be ready for making Narendra Modi prime minister in the forthcoming parliament election.
