The BJP MlAs Ramlal Chouhan, Roopkumri Choudhary, Chunnilal Sahu, Santosh Upadhyay and Govardhan Singh Manjhi have demanded from the Election Commission that if found guilty, the Congress candidate should be disqualified.

The MlAs said that filing of nominations by the 10 Independent candidates of the same name as that of BJP candidate on the same day, their missing and reappearance after the date of withdrawal of nominations and remittance of same series currency notes by all of them as security deposit show some conspiracy behind to affect the democratic poll process.

They said that all these have been done to confuse the voters, so that the BJP candidate Chandulal Sahu suffers loss in the polls. They have demanded the Election Commission probe each angle of this alleged political conspiracy with total impartiality to know who provided the security amount to all the Independent candidates from which head and the reason behind it.

This fact should also be revealed that what is the relation of those who have provided the security amount to the 10 Independent candidates with the Congress or their direct or indirect relation with the Congress candidate.

The MlAs demanded audit of the account of the provider of security money of Rs 25,000 each to the 10 Independent candidates. They stated that the filing of nominations of the Independent candidates, their combined visit to some secret destinations and then their return prove that they had been provided resources to influence polls.
