The Congress party’s ‘Jan Adhikar Padytra’ entered the third day which had commenced from village Govida in Jaijaipur Assembly segment with a public meeting held at Belkarri.
Addressing a massive gathering, Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) president Bhupesh Baghel charged that the ruling BJP Government in the State was against the farmers and labourers.
The Government has handed over 'Jal-Jangal-Jamin' to Industrialists and poor villagers have to suffer, he said. Today the state is reeling under the severe drought and more than half of the region is gripped under it and on the other hand the government is busy these days celebrating ‘Tihars’(festivals), he said.
