Eminent talent hunters from the corporate world are all set to participate in the second edition of HR Confluence scheduled from 30th to 31st August 2013 at IIM Raipur.
The theme of this confluence is ‘Strategic Recruiting and Employee Branding’. According to official information received from IIM the confluence will have panel discussions spread across both the days.
The first panel discussion will be centred on ‘Transformation in Recruiting Culture.’ The speakers for this session will be Raja Radhakrishnan, Senior Vice President and Head, HR-ABB limited, Rakesh Seth, Senior Vice President, Group HR- lloyd Group, Ekta Sood, VP, Staffing leader-BA Continuum (Bank of America) India and Surojit Chattoraj, Director- ABC Consultants. The session will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘HR in Employee Branding – Public v/s Private Sector. Ashis Sen, Head, HR-Capability Building- HPCl will be a part of the panel.
Further ‘Employer Value Proposition Strategy’ will be the topic of the third panel discussion. This session will be addressed by notable speakers from the coprporate world such as Amit Das, Senior Vice President, Group HR-RPG Group; Sajan Mathai, Director and Human Resources-Oracle India and Jatinder Salwan, Global Head HR, Operations, Societe Genarale- Global Solution Center.
The fourth panel discussion will be based on ‘Emerging Global Talent Pools.’ Ajoy Ghosh, Senior Vice President- Corporate HR, DS Group; Kamalkishore C. Jani, Executive Director, IDBI Bank; Swetabh Jha, an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics and a Freelance Consultant and, Aniruddha Singh -Group Vice President, Human Resources & Orgnisation Development, Monnet Ispat and Energy limited will share their ideas with the students in this discussion.
