Bilha Railway station under Raipur Railway Division of South East Central Railways, Bilaspur has got a new foot over-bridge.
According to Railway sources, the over-bridge links platform number 1-2 and platform number 3-4, thus will facilitate the easy movement of passengers from one platform to other.
The officials intimated that the construction of bridge began on February 15, 2018. The total length of bridge is 52 metres and width is 3 metres. It has 25.10 metres and 20.38 metres clear span. The bridge has been constructed at a cost of Rs 2.06 crore.
Raipur Division Railway Manager Kaushal Kishore had appreciated the concerned department for completion of bridge on record time, which will pave way for increasing facilities to passengers.
