Chhattisgarh's Padma Shri award winner Dr Radheshyam Barle was on Thursday felicitated at the Dussehra Maidan at Risali in Bhilai.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel participated in the event and congratulated him for winning the Padma award.
The state’s renowned Panthi dancer, Barle was awarded Padma Shri for 2021.
Barle was born in village Khola in Durg district on October 9, 1966. Along with an MBBS degree, he acquired a diploma in folk music from the Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh.
