Barbeque Nation, one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India, launched its newest outlet on Friday at Magneto Mall, 2nd Floor, labhandi, G E Road, here. The outlet was launched in presence of Cluster Head, East India Business, Suman Mukherjee and Culinary Head — Vijay Bakshi and inaugurated by Yogesh Agrawal . The guests were treated to a memorable show by a live band at the atrium of the mall, followed by lunch and trademark grills that Barbeque Nation has perfected over the years.
The Barbeque Nation is a pioneer in India to promote ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill in India. The restaurant offers a pre-fixed menu with a fixed price. The menu is drawn from Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and the Indian subcontinent. This is the first outlet in Raipur and 47th in India, accommodates 108 covers and boasts of a delectable buffet. The look and feel of the restaurant follows the basic theme of Barbeque Nation which is rustic and casual with wood and open-brick wall surface. The sizzle of the grills livens up the whole atmosphere and gives diners a comfortable and cosy experience.
Uday Menon, Chief Business Officer, Barbeque Nation said, “Raipur is a very potential market and there was a huge demand of Barbeque Nation by many of our regular guests and now we have one in this lovely city.” An average meal for two costs Rs1400 and hours of operation are lunch and dinner hours, he said.
