Member of Parliament Banshi lal Mahato, at a district-level Shala Pravesh Utsav programme held at Tilkeja village in Korba, requested all the students to become a good citizen.Addressing the students in the programme, he urged them to attend the school every day. He also urged the parents to send their kids to school and take interest in their education, which would help the children to do better in their study.
Advising them to use government's schemes and facility for free education, he said that there should be no obstacles in the study of a kid. All of them should get free and quality education. It would help them to be better and capable person in future. District Education Officer DK Koushik and Assistant Commissioner Shrikant Dubey were also present in the programme. At the function, students were welcomed with sweets and tilak. The guests distributed free uniform, school bag, books and study material to the students.
