Bharat Aluminium Co (BALCO), India’s leading aluminum producer, celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day by paying homage to freedom fighters and the frontline warriors of Covid-19.
Pankaj Sharma, Deputy CEO, BALCO, hoisted the national flag, which was followed by recitation of the national anthem.
Speaking on BALCO’s role in the nation’s growth story, he praised the employees and business partners’ sense of duty.
“BALCO has significantly contributed towards bolstering Chhattisgarh and India’s socio-economic development in its journey of 55 years”, he said.
