Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday participated in ‘Guru Darshan Mela’ at Giraudpuri Dham in Baloda Bazar district.
He worshipped the Guru-Gaddi and Jaitkham on the occasion and prayed for peace and prosperity of the people of the state.
The annual event is held at Giraudpuri Dham, the birthplace of the founder of Satnami Path, Guru Ghasidas. The Dham is situated at the confluence of Mahanadi and Jonk rivers, 40 km from Baloda Bazar.
The three-day long religious fair will end on March 9.
